How to eat properly for fitness program

If you want to get involved with a fitness program, then there are a lot of things you must know. One of them is to eat the right foods. Well, here they are:

* Decrease the consumption of junk foods, since they contain a lot of food additives, sugar, and excess fats.

* What is your fitness goal???, if it is a weight loss then you must avoid starvation diets or crash diets.

* Ask your trainer to determine if you need extra protein or not.

* Fat, even if you are on weight loss program, is still needed.

* Eat healthy and balanced diet which is full of vegetables.

* Feed your muscles with glycogen. The main source for glycogen is carbohydrate.

* Drink enough water to keep your body dehydrated. And don't forget to drink while exercise.

* Make sure if you get enough nutrition by eating wide range of foods.
