Best sport for muscles

There are several ways to build muscles. Of course the best way to build muscle is by doing workouts in a gym. But if you don't really like to stay in gym, you can still build muscles by getting involved into some sports below:

Swimming

Swimming is a great way to build muscles, simply look at at the swimmers and you can find how good their muscles are. Generally, swimming is a upper body work out. But it also good to tone up the lower body muscles. There are several techniques you can try to ensure if swimming can give you the best result, what you need is just a trainer beside you (if really needed).

Running

Just like swimming, running is also a great way to build muscles. Three types of muscles used when you are running are primary, supporting, and auxiliary.

Running will make you burn more carbs and fats. So, if you also want to lose weight, this activity is highly recommended (but remember not to overdo it).

Rowing



It's a good sport to build muscles especially your both your arms and legs.

Tennis

Tennis will help you improve your upper and lower body because you need to hit the ball and running while playing the tennis game.
